A2 Interface
The A2 interface carries 64Kbps/56Kbps PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) information (voice/data) or 64Kbps UDI (Unrestricted Digital Information) between the MSC (Mobile Switching Centre) and the channel element component of the BSC (Base Station Controller).
