Our Customers
We provide telecoms training courses to Public Network Operators, Telecommunications Service Providers, Internet Service Providers, Media Providers, Equipment Suppliers, Local and Central Government. We are based in the UK, but train around the world, typically at customer sites. In the last few years our trainers have delivered VoIP security courses in USA, UMTS and CDMA courses in India and the People's Republic of China, VSAT courses in Iraq, ATM and MPLS courses in Saudi Arabia and Oman, and telecoms IP Security training in Dubai, as well as all sorts of telecommunications training in most countries in Western Europe.
Our People
All of our authors, instructors and key staff have at least 10 years experience in relevant roles including product management, engineering and operations, and form a close-knit group of colleagues with many years of working together in the telecoms industry. We don't just know the technologies, we've applied them in real networks. And we continue to carry out high-quality consultancy work for our clients in addition to developing and delivering training, which keeps our knowledge current. Our instructors are consistently rated excellent by course attendees, and praised particularly for their real-world experience.
Our Difference
A key difference between us and other technical training companies is our ability to develop, integrate and teach across the whole set of domains relevant to telcos...not just fixed-line and wireless networks, but IT systems engineering for OSS and BSS, and the business processes and organisation/functional views which are key to effective solutions.
