Active Communication
A UE (User Equipment) is in active communication when it has a CS (Circuit Switched) connection established. For PS (Packet Switched) active communication is defined by the existence of one or more Activated PDP (Packet Data Protocol) contexts. Either one or both of the mentioned active communications may occur in the UE.
