Some familiarity with the protocols used in VoIP networks, particularly SIP, is assumed, such as is provided by our course Introduction to VoIP and IMS
Outline and Objectives:
Businesses are adopting the Asterisk IP-PBX as a key element in their networking and telecommunications strategy, and operators are increasingly deploying services based upon SER. As well as being powerful operational platforms, both are excellent learning tool for those getting involved in VoIP design, implementation and operation. This course takes attendees through all stages of installing, configuring, testing and operating these powerful packages, using a sophisticated classroom network.
