Regulators such as Ofcom, the EU Commissioners and the FCC are actively working on topics including radio spectrum management, voice regulation, Universal Service Obligation (USO), price regulation to enforce competition, and content regulation. Our staff have many years of practical experience in telecoms regulation through participating in Local Number Portability (LNP) deliberations, numbering consultations, spectrum auctions, development of security standards and guidance for operators, and dispute resolution. We have worked for large operators under the control of national regulators, and also within national telecommunications regulator organisations such as Ofcom. Our business courses address the finances, business planning, competitive analysis and operational performance of telecoms businesses, and our product-based training courses cover product development, product management. All of our training courses in this category are grounded in real telecoms business experience, with training delivered by real practitioners.
