Controlling Radio Network Controller
The Controlling Radio Network Controller is the RNC (Radio Network Controller) responsible for the configuration of a Node B. A UE (User Equipment) accessing the system will send an access to a Node B, which in turn will forward this message onto it?s CRNC.
