GA-CSR
Generic Access - Circuit Switched Resource
The term GA-CSR defines a protocol found within the GANC and MS of a network supporting Generic Access - formally UMA. It is responsible for the bearer establishment, paging, ciphering configuration etc during circuit switched operation.
