Hypertext Markup Language

Hypertext Markup Language is an authoring language in which tags are used to format data and pictures on the HTML page. In addition, commands to download applications, generate hyperlinks and provide dynamic user interaction may also be included. These tags and commands are interpreted by the users browser in order to display data, or initiate actions based on the HTML commands.
