Telecommunications networks are in a period of rapid change following the downturn of the early 2000's; major network renewal programmes such as BT21CN are underway; new applications and services are being enabled by broadband Internet access; M&A activity and consolidation continues to create integration with media and content. This course gives a comprehensive introduction to the next generation networks and services in fixed and mobile networks.
