Identifies a UE (User Equipment) that can obtain service from at least one mode of UMTS, FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) or TDD (Time Division Duplex), and one or more different systems such as GSM bands or possibly other radio systems which include the IMT-2000 (International Mobile Telephony 2000) family members.
