Neighbor Set

This is a set of pilots associated with the CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) Channels that are likely candidates for handoff. Normally, the Neighbour Set consists of the pilots associated with CDMA Channels that cover the geographical area near the MS (Mobile Station).
