Quality of Service

The performance of a communications channel or system is usually expressed in terms ofQoS (Quality of Service). Depending upon the communication system, QoS may relate to service performance, SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), BER (Bit Error Ratio), maximum and mean throughput rate, reliably, priority and other factors specific to each service.
