RFCOMM - Radio Frequency Communications Protocol
The Bluetooth system uses the Radio Frequency Communications Protocol to emulate serial ports over the L2CAP (Logical Link Controller and Adaptation Protocol). The protocol is based on the ETSI standard TS 07.10, however only a subset of this standard is used within Bluetooth.
