Sniff Mode
Once a Bluetooth device is synchronized to a piconet, it can enter one of three power saving modes.In this mode the activity is lowered, enabling a slave device to listen at a reduced rate to the piconet. The interval or period between sniffs is configurable based on the applications using the device.
