Supplemental Code Channel
An optional portion of a Forward and Reverse Traffic Channel which operates with the Fundamental Channel to provide higher data rate services. The Supplemental Channel is transmitted on the Forward or Reverse CDMA Channel. This channel allows a combination of primary data, secondary data, or both (not signalling information) to be transmitted.
