TIF-CSI
Translation Information Flag - CAMEL Subscription Information
The TIF-CSI is used in the HLR for registering a short FTN (Forwarded To Number). When TIF-CSI is present, the subscriber is allowed to register a short FTN and the HLR will not attempt to perform any translation, number format checks, prohibited FTN checks or call barring checks.
